William Jefferson Blythe III, best known as Bill Clinton, born on August 19, 1946 in Hope, Arkansas is an American politician who served as Democratic president of the United States Of America from 1993 to 2001. He is also husband of Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential candidate for the election of 2016. After his father’s death in a traffic accident, his mother traveled to New Orleans in order to study nursing, leaving him to be raised by his grandparents. Later on, she got married to Roger “Clinton” Sr., the family name that Bill adopted. At a young age, Clinton was a very active student and a musician. He was passionate about being a doctor and becoming a famous musician, but he has always knew that he would do better in the public service sector.
Clinton attended Georgetown University right after high school and graduated in 1968. Then, he obtained a scholarship to study law at Oxford University and more specifically to get a B. After serving as the governor of his home state of Arkansas, in 1992 he won the presidential election, becoming the 42nd president of the United States of America. Many people consider him to be a big supporter of the cause of the world peace, and we must say that the nation under the rule of Bill Clinton witnessed many educational, environmental, economic and health care improvements that haven’t happened at any other time in the history of the country.
