James Thomas Fallon, Jr., better known as Jimmy Fallon (Brooklyn, New York, September 19th, 1974), is a comedian, television host and American actor.
He has an estimated net worth of $35 million. He is the host of the television show The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, a late talk show that airs Monday through Friday on NBC. Before this show, Fallon became known for his work on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and Saturday Night Live, as well as his appearances in several movies.
Early life.
Jimmy Fallon was born in Brooklyn, New York, son of Gloria and James Thomas Fallon, Sr. a Vietnam War veteran. His family settled in Saugerties, New York, while his father worked at IBM in the nearby town of Kingston.
In his childhood, he and his sister, Gloria, repeated at home the sketches (without adult content) of Saturday Night Live that his parents recorded on video. Fallon was a big fan of Saturday Night Live, a program he watched every week. In his adolescence impressed his parents with different imitations, one of the first was a James Cagney impersonation. In addition, since he was young, he had musical concerns. He started playing guitar at age of 13.
Education.
He attended to St. Mary Parish School that had Catholic orientation, and to the Saugerties High School where he was expelled due to an incident in which he was supposed to press a fire alarm. He graduated in 1992 and attended The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. He started to study Computer Science, but then he changed to Communications. on May 9th, 2009, Fallon got his degree in Communications. apart from that, he got a P.H.D at Saint Rose College.

Her mother talked to him about an imitation contest in a comedy club called “Bananas” in Poughkeepsie. Fallon presented a monologue routine that was about troll dolls. He won the contest, and as soon as he finished his studies, he began to make live comedy performances around the country. In Los Angeles, he took improvisation classes with the group The Groundlings.
Saturday Night Live.
Fallon’s performances set him up in Saturday Night Live as a guest actor during 1998-1999 season, and then, he was promoted to be a part of the regular cast during Summer 1999. He became co-host of Weekend Update (a very popular sketch in the show) along with Tina Fey. In 2004, Fallon abandon SNL to pursue a career on movies.

Jimmy Fallon participated in the films Taxi, Anything Else, Almost Famous, Fever Pitch, Band of Brothers, Doogal, Factory Girl and Whip It. He occasionally does monologues at the Comedy Club in New York.
Personal life.
He married to producer Nancy Juvonen on December 22nd, 2007. On July 23rd, 2013, the Fallons’ first daughter was born, the named the girl Winnie Rose Fallon. On December 8th, 2014, their second daughter, Frances Cole was born.
