Halle Berry was born in Cleveland, Ohio (USA) on August 14th, 1966. Her father was an African-American physician, while her mother was a nurse from Liverpool, England. She was raised by her mother after her parents divorced.

She married the baseball player David Justice in 1995. However, this union only lasted 2 years. They got divorced in 1997. Halle Berry married again with the musician Eric Benet. The marriage broke up in 2003. She later joined the Canadian model Gabriel Aubry who she had a daughter in March, 2008. The name of the girl is Nahla Ariela.
Berry and Gabriel separated in 2010. She then started a relationship with the actor Oliver Martinez, who was her partner on the film Lethal Tide (2013). They had a son that year. It was the first one for Martinez and the second for Berry. They separated in 2015.
