Paul Bruce Dickinson is the lead vocal member of the Heavy Metal Band Iron Maiden.
Born in August 7th, 1958 in Nottinghamshire, England. Became the vocal of the ban when he joined them after Paul Di’ Anno left the band, and recorded their third album, The Number of the Beast (1982).
Dickinson had started his career on music singing on small bands from the place he was born, like Paradox, which change its name to Styx in 1976: Speed between 1977 and 1978; he also was a member of Shots until 1979. Apart from music, Bruce Dickinson got a Bachelor degree in Antique History issued at Queen Mary and Westfield College on the London University, and he was one of the active members of the Conservative Party in the UK. At the same time, he is a skilled Olympic fencer, that made him being invited to be part of the United Kingdom Olympic Team in Barcelona 1992, but he rejected the invitation because he was on tour the with band to promote the album Fear of the Dark.
