We all know who Usain Bolt is, one of the best athlete on Jamaica and one of best athlete in the world known as the Lightning Bolt. Usain St. Leo Bolt was born on 21 august of 1986, he’s now 30 years old, and he’s 195 cm and 207 pounds.
Usain Bolt is a 9 times Olympic gold medalist in all sprints events and belongs to the Racers track club, representing every time he make every race on the zone. He’s from Trelawney, Jamaica and he expended all his childhood with his parents (Wellesley and Jennifer Bolt) and his brother and sisters (Sadiki and Sherine Bolt).
His first performance was a Caribbean regional event at which Bolt clocked his first personal record of 48.28 seconds in 400 meters, was on the 2001 on the CARIFTA games, he won a silver medal then he had another race in which he finished in 21.81 seconds winning another silver medal.
He started his professional athletics career on 2004, taking all the possible advice from his coach Fitz Coleman Bolt turned professional when he started at CARIFTA games in Bermuda.
He’s also known by being the first junior sprinter to run 200m under twenty seconds, and then he was awarded one of the most recognized awards, the Austin Sealy Trophy, all by his great athlete’s skills in the 2004 CARIFTA games.
One of his greatest Achievements was breaking the World Record, after winning silver medals on the 2007 Osaka World Chamionships, he ran a time of 9.76 seconds, this was an improve to his other personal record of 10.03 seconds, his record defeated the Asafa Powell’s witch was 9.74 seconds (performed in Rieti, Italy).
